How Do I book to exhibit at the Health Wellness & Fitness Expo?

Bookings to exhibit is via the website online booking form. Once booked a confirmation will be emailed for your reference.

What does the schedule follow at the event?

The expo hours for visitors are from 10am – 3pm on a Sunday. Bump in period is from 7.00am -10.00am and bump out commences at 3pm-6.00pm.

What is provided in the creative space area?

Provided at the event is a trestle table of 1.8m x 0.75m. Cloth, chairs and power access if pre-booked. The charge for power is $25. All remaining items or installations you are welcome to supply. There are no height restrictions.

Are the stand numbers and floor plans provided to the visitors?

Stand numbers and floor plans are for in-house only and are not provided to the expo visitors.

How and when Do I pay the balance of the exhibition stand?

Payment in full is required one month prior to the expo date. Payment is via online credit card or a bank transfer. A deposit payment of $100 is required at the time of booking. The deposit payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

How many visitors attend the Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo?

Visitor numbers to expect are 2,000 + per event. We welcome all ages to attend the expo.
