What is the cost to attend the Health and Wellness Expos?

Admission is FREE for all visitors to attend. We also have our iconic gift bag for FREE – “The Better Me” Bag

Do I need to print my tickets?

You are welcome to print them though it is not a requirement for admission. If you have not pre-registered for tickets then you are welcome to register on arrival and check-in.

Are children welcome to attend?

We welcome all ages to attend as Health and Fitness are across all age groups.

Are there Food Outlets for the purchase of lunch and snacks?

Yes – all the venues have a cafe available to purchase. We also have vendors providing sampling for you to enjoy.

Is there parking available?

All venues we host with have parking available. The parking fee is variable dependant on the venue. Please see event expo page on the website for further details.

What are the expo times?

The expo hours are from 10am – 3pm.
