As a mother of two with 10 years leadership experience, I am passionate about the impact that mindfulness can have in all aspects of life.

Having grown up in Africa and attended a boarding school in England, I graduated from the University of Leeds with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Science (Hons) and went on to work in medical research and in the life science industry for my entire career. After relocating to Australia, I progressed into various leadership roles, managing a range of teams including digital, sales, marketing and technical specialists across Asia Pacific. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of restructuring large teams, building sales strategies, launching new sales programs, driving leadership changes and running numerous training courses.

Implementing mindfulness into my day-to-day life has had a profound impact on my parenting, my relationships, my career and my interactions with colleagues at all levels.

In order to develop these skills and focus on my passion, I trained in Holistic Therapy and Meditation which allows me to offer counselling, meditation training and holistic life coaching. I am also a Les Mills fitness instructor, teaching Body Attack and Body Step every week.

My passions include my family, fitness, travel and of course mindfulness.
